Putting together our 2026 Estate Chardonnay, and it is looking absolutely fantastic.

While the w**e itself is beautiful, it definitely leaves behind a big mess in the w**ery. This vintage has been resting on its lees, developing rich textures and complex flavors.

After we pump out the barrels and blend the w**e together, we tip out the leftover lees and deep clean the barrels to get them perfectly ready for the next vintage.

From messy barrels to a beautiful blend, every step of the process is worth it.
