Warehouse Weekend 2026 is on the horizon and we’re getting ready to open the cellar doors for the WA Day long weekend.

It’s the perfect chance to drop in, taste something a little different and stock up for winter.

This year, we’ll be showing a mix of museum and back‑vintage wines from the cellar, alongside offers on current releases.

We are delighted to release our 2025 Chardonnay.

The aromatics are elegant and expressive, opening with white peach, grapefruit and rockmelon, complemented by white blossom, lightly toasted cashew and a subtle chipped‑shell complexity.

The palate is focused and refined, offering impressive tension as delicate stone fruit and citrus flavours are balanced by a savoury seaspray minerality and succulent natural acidity. Toasted nuts and gentle oak spice frame a fine phenolic crunch, flowing through to a long, mouth‑watering finish.

Enjoy alongside homemade gnocchi — light, fluffy and textural — finished simply with butter, sage and parmesan.

The 2025 Chardonnay is now available to purchase online or through our Cellar Door.

Hal reckons there’ve been no off days since February. Mazy Star, Nick Cave, Royal Otis, PJ Harvey, Bob Dylan — and a healthy dose of doof‑doof — on rotation. Coffee and hot cross buns for breakky; lunch is sausage sizzles, homemade burgers, or, if we’re lucky, a chicken parmi. No off days since February; it’s that time of year.

We’re well and truly in the thick of harvest here in Wilyabrup. The air is thick and warm, low‑hanging clouds settle just above the vines, almost brushing the tops. Still, the sun keeps pushing through with that stubborn late‑season strength, even as the forecast hints at rain.

We’ll be bringing in the Cabernet fruit soon from the founding vines. The fruit is holding beautifully—resilient, steady and quietly confident.

The mornings are feeling a little cooler and the cardies are starting to come out… as we ease into autumn, we want to say a big thank you to everyone who joined us over summer. 🍂

This season, we hosted Elliott’s at Fermoy —a relaxed, flavour‑driven pop‑up perfectly paired with our wines. It was lounging on the lawn, oysters with a good Chardy, pizza with a glass of Shiraz… all moreish, all memorable.

Stay tuned as we explore what the next chapter might look like.
