“After all the analysis and tasting, it’s pretty simple - a good wine is one that makes you want another glass.
For me, it’s a wine with body, flavour, balance and length, where all the characters work together in harmony. Nothing dominating, just poise, balance and a wine that keeps you coming back for another sip.”
