Another Heritage partial demolition, this one in Colac. Plenty of hand work in these jobs, lucky we are not afraid to get dirty! All the bricks have been cleaned ready for reuse on the project.
Cut and propped new doorways, internal wall removal, plenty of propping and wall saw cutting.

Tight access house demo in Colac, lots of hand work salvaging linning boards and windows no crossover for truck access. Nevermind we can get that sorted.

We have been keeping ourselves busy with this old nursing home on Western beach rd Geelong, seperating from a heritage listed portion of the project and barely enough room to swing a cat (Hyundai ) to get started. Can't wait to see the new build tie in with the old.

Crushing it! Brand spanka digger, strait onto the concrete stock pile to load the crusher. Feels good ♻️ onsite. And to be finishing up another project.

BIG job in moolap completed this month. Was a bit of 🌧 and the yard turned into a bit of a mud pit. But all's well that ends well. Ended with a nice tidy yard. 💪

Recently spent a couple of days in Gellibrand. The block of land is clean and ready for construction .

What a great job to start the new year, old choices/ tractor shop in Colac main st. Full demo, careful not to wreck the radio station. Managed to salvage all the old timber, the trusses have a new home in Orange NSW and I have plenty of old red bricks to be cleaned (if anyone's keen)
