📢 Rural Housing & Second Dwellings Reform Update

The NSW Parliament's Select Committee on Rural Housing and Second Dwellings Reform has released its final report, which includes recommendations aimed at improving housing opportunities in rural and regional NSW.

The NSW Government is expected to respond by 30 June 2026.

These proposed changes could have implications for landowners, builders and developers across NSW.
We'll be reviewing the report and providing a summary of the key recommendations and what they may mean for future development projects.
