This morning, we had the pleasure of hearing from Cameron Spanner from Adams and Partners Lawyers, who delivered an incredibly informative presentation on the importance of having an up-to-date Will, the different responsibilities of a Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardian, and considerations surrounding the Aged Care Act.
