It is with great sadness that ONENINE Racing announces the passing of our friend and fellow team member, Nigel.
Nigel was a work colleague and friend of our team owner, Chris, and became a valued part of the ONENINE family.
Nigel tragically passed away on the morning of 22nd September in a traffic accident while on his way to work.
His passing has left a huge hole in the lives of everyone who knew him. He will be remembered not only as a colleague and friend, but as someone who was part of our team and our racing family.
In Nigel's honour, ONENINE Racing will permanently retire race number 89. No other driver will carry the number within our team.
Our deepest condolences go to Nigel's family and loved ones, especially his partner Bec and his son Toby.
Our thoughts are with them during this incredibly difficult time.
