Microsoft Teams is more than Teams Chat 😉
Are you using Microsoft Teams as "Chat with extra steps"?
One of the biggest discoveries people make during my Microsoft Teams training is that the real power of Teams isn't in Teams Chat—it's in using Teams Channels.
Teams Chat is great for quick interactions. But when work needs structure, visibility, and continuity, Teams Channels are the better option by far in my opinion. When using Channels you can:
✅ Organise discussions by topic or project
✅ Keep files, important conversations, and team task visibility in one place
✅ Stop information getting buried in endless chat threads
The goal isn't just to communicate more—it's to collaborate better.
