Zig Zag Hub

Zig Zag Hub Empowering young innovators through entrepreneurial education, creativity & real-world skills RTO Code: 45921

Zig Zag Hub first started as a coworking space and after some time we saw the potential to evolve into an Entrepreneurial Learning Hub in 2020, which provides programs for primary-aged kids to young adults, who want to learn about Entrepreneurship and Innovation in Wollongong and Nowra. We have been offering programs to schools in Design Thinking and Coding as well as to school leavers seeking a n

ew career path or have big ideas they want to explore in Entrepreneurship. These programs encourage young people to think of innovative ideas and bring them to life, through the guidance of expert facilitators. Our vision is to reach the younger generation to teach them about creating their own career path and using their own innovative ideas to start their own businesses that will contribute to the ever-changing world we live in today and for the future. We are now a registered training organization (RTO) offering courses in Entrepreneurship & New Business in Certificates III & IV.

Confidence doesn’t appear overnight — it grows through trying new things, stepping outside your comfort zone, and backing your ideas. 💡

For many young people, developing entrepreneurial skills isn’t just about business — it’s about building confidence, communication skills, creativity and self-belief.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Jemima! 🚀

Talking in front of people can feel awkward — but confidence is a skill, not a personality trait. 🎤

Whether it’s class presentations, interviews, pitching ideas or just speaking up more, learning how to communicate confidently is one of the most valuable skills you can build.

Success in the future won’t just come from what you know — it will also come from how you communicate, adapt, collaborate and approach challenges. 💡

Skills like confidence, creativity and problem-solving take time to build, and giving young people opportunities to develop them early can make a huge difference.

Not every great idea starts with a business plan.

Sometimes it starts with:
💡Noticing something frustrating
💡Asking “why is it done this way?”
💡Wanting to improve something
💡Thinking differently

That’s the foundation of entrepreneurial thinking — curiosity, creativity and confidence to explore ideas. 🚀

AI is changing how we work — but soft skills determine how well we adapt.

Empathy, leadership, teamwork and confidence are what help young people stand out in a rapidly changing world. These skills support not just innovation, but wellbeing, collaboration and long-term success.

At Zig Zag Hub, we believe developing these skills early is key.
