Section28 Farmstead Cheeses is on the journey to become a high quality producer of hard and semi-hard artisan cheeses that quintessentially capture the local terroir. One of the founding aims of the business is to establish close partnership arrangements between Dairyman, Cheese maker, Affineur and Retailer, modelled on the traditional relationships found in the European Artisan cheese industry.
