We have now released our Automated Invoice Management System (AIMS). The system, developed by Credit Management experts, easily links with your Accounting package (for example Xero, MYOB) either via the cloud or an API and helps you to send reminder emails and sms's to your customers who have not paid within your terms. Your customer will automatically receive a copy of the outstanding invoice, have the ability to pay through the system and/or query the account. Should they not pay at the end of a 30 day cycle (whereby they are contacted weekly to pay), you can "one click" the account through to debt collection. A simple, affordable solution designed to free up your administration time and dramatically improve your cash flow. A demonstration of the key features are below.
