Some feedback recently from one of our members and I tell you there were tears when reading this 🥹

➡️ What I was looking for in an exercise program/class:

A place where I don’t have to leave my kids, where I can actively see them and they can see me.

A place that was affordable

➡️ What I got when I found LMT:

A place that connected me to a community of like minded mothers
🧡 A place where I will be encouraged to train hard but not be bullied into it
🧡 A place where my children were not just tolerated but celebrated
🧡 A place where I am celebrated for showing up, every single time.
🧡 A place where I feel strong and powerful in my body

I did not know a place like this could exist when I was looking but my goodness am I so glad I found it!

No matter your fitness level, no matter how long it has been... this is where we start. Every. Single. Time.

Your core and pelvic floor are the foundation of everything we build together. And rebuilding them properly is not a step to rush past, it is the most important
investment you can make in your long term strength and wellbeing as a mum.

For some mums this phase moves quickly. For others it takes longer. Both are completely okay. We go at the pace your body needs.

Here are your 3 foundational exercises for today:

As a MumSafe™ trainer, this is something I see and something I’ve felt/feel myself which is why I choose to do what I do everyday! To support Mums and know we’re not alone 💕

When mums walk into a training space, they bring more with them than we often realise.

It’s not just their body — it’s the mental load, the interrupted sleep, the history they carry with movement, and the quiet pressure to keep up even when slowing down would feel more supportive.

Movement was never meant to be another place to prove yourself but it can be a space to reconnect with your body, feel supported, and move in ways that respect where you are right now.

Trial spots are open for mums looking for support that truly understands a mum’s body and meets you where you are.

And remember If you’re a Mum returning to movement here’s your gentle reminder:

➡️ You don’t have to pick up where you left off.

➡️ Reconnection always comes before intensity.

➡️ Strength grows when you work with your body, not against it.

A reminder as we head into 2026

Nothing about you needs fixing.
You deserve to be recognised.

We spend so much time focusing on what we should change, improve, or become -
but mums are often carrying a strength that goes unseen.

In bodies that adapt.
In showing up while healing.
In the quiet decisions made every day.

2026 isn’t about reinventing yourself.
It’s about honouring what your body has already done
and what it’s still capable of.

Term 1 kicks off next week and I can’t wait to get back to training with the crew! 💪

That’s a wrap on 2025!!

Couldn’t be more proud of all of these ladies showing up each week! We know some days/weeks can be harder than others but having a community of Women around you like this creates a support system to know we’re never alone 💕 our classes are more than exercise and that’s the vision I’ve always had!

The last slide 🥹 was at our Christmas party last week where we all shared something we’re proud of this last year and I’ll just say there wasn’t a dry eye!

It’s officially race week! 🏃🏻‍♀️⛰️

Here are some things I’m doing to taper off. Now it’s all about keeping the body fresh, fueling well and letting the excitement build!

This week for me looks like:

✨ Little bit of mobility + gentle movement
✨ Simple, familiar carbs to top up the tank
✨ Lots of water + electrolytes
✨ Early nights + calm nervous system vibes

One more sleep!
