I’m excited to share that I have now achieved MumSafe™ Level Three Trainer status! 🤍

This means I’ve been part of the MumSafe™ community for more than three years and have successfully completed all Year Three ongoing education and assessments.

Continuing to learn and grow as a trainer is incredibly important to me. I’m committed to providing women and mums with safe, effective and supportive exercise through every stage of motherhood.

I’m so proud to be part of a team of trainers who share this mission and are helping to raise the standard of women’s health and fitness.

To find a MumSafe™️ Trainer in your area head on over to www.mumsafemovement.com

So many mums are quietly living with pelvic floor symptoms because they’ve been told it’s simply part of becoming a mum.

And while these symptoms can be common after pregnancy and birth, common doesn’t mean you should have to put up with them forever 🤍

With the right assessment and support, many pelvic floor symptoms can improve. You deserve to feel comfortable, confident and supported in your body, not like you just have to accept that this is how things are now.

I’d love to know, can you relate to this?

Is your Trainer MumSafe™?

When you are a mum looking for an exercise solution it’s important to understand what your Personal Trainer, Group Fitness, Pilates, Yoga (or anything else) instructor is qualified in.

The reality is that our initial fitness qualifications often don’t include any specific training in working with mums, yet the support a mum needs to gain the best possible experience in her movement can be highly specific.

Whilst the industry works to catch up we want to empower you to ask the question “does my trainer hold the best possible qualifications to support me to move safely & effectively?”

Because when you demand better, the industry has to do better.

As a MumSafe™ Trainer I am leading the way in raising the standard of the way we work with mums of all ages and stages (once postnatal, always postnatal). When you see the MumSafe logo you know your trainer or instructor has completed approved pre and postnatal education, works alongside women’s health and pelvic health physios and is committed to ongoing learning so that mums are supported safely and effectively at every stage of motherhood.

So this week, we are asking every mum to ask the question.

This is what it’s all about 🫶 thank you Ali Rose for these kind words and for being a part of the LMT Community!

“I first started attending LMT small group classes as a way to fit in some fitness that is accessible to do with my son nearby, but I’ve stayed for the amazing and supportive community. The strength and fitness is an added bonus! You can rock up to classes in any mood/ any state of sleep deprivation and always leave with a smile after sharing experiences and hysterically laughing.

Lisa is the most supportive trainer I’ve ever had and she is always ready to make adjustments based on your level in a gentle way. I would recommend (and have!) LMT to anyone who is looking to prioritise themselves within a gentle, supportive and inspiring community.”

Want to experience the LMT community for yourself? 🤍

Trials start tomorrow and I only have 5 spots left for this term!

Comment “TRIAL” and I’ll send you all the details 💪

Missing the team and I can’t wait to get back to training next week! 🤍

One thing I love about this community is that we always find a way to make it work.

Mums helping each other so everyone gets the chance to move their body.

Whether that’s cuddling a bub who’s having a tough morning, passing someone a dumbbell, or jumping in to lend a hand... it’s the little things that make such a difference.

It really does take a team, and I couldn’t be prouder of the community we’ve built. 🥹

If you’ve been thinking about joining us, trials kick off next week and there are just 5 spots left!

Send me a DM if you’d like more info. 🤍
