What a cracking day! Anyone would think it was spring.

Despite the drought, there is still some beauty with the bold colour from the wattles.

Not much water but 10mls this week was welcome.

French Chablis, Tassie, Hunter Valley and of course, always at work, evaluating our Barrel Ferment alongside these beauties.
