Bumblebee Disability is growing, and we’re looking for caring, reliable, experienced and passionate Support Workers to join our team!
If you enjoy making a real difference in people’s lives and want to work with a supportive organisation that values consistency and genuine connections with participants, we’d love to hear from you 💛 We are specifically looking for support workers who have strong experience supporting people with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and Complex Behaviours, and who understand the importance of consistency, trust, and person-centred support.

About the role: • Supporting participants in their homes and community
• Assisting with daily living skills
• Helping build confidence and independence
• Encouraging social and community participation
• Providing consistent, person-centred support

Essential requirements:
✔ Current Working With Vulnerable People Card (WWVP)
✔ Current First Aid & CPR certification
✔ Current Medication Administration competency/certificate
✔ Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules
✔ Demonstrated experience supporting participants with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, and Complex Behaviours
✔ Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✔ Ability to work independently and professionally

Hello everyone, Bumblebee Disability is seeking passionate and dedicated support workers with experience in empowering individuals with high complex needs to live their best lives.

You must be willing to travel, participate in sleepovers, and work with children, making a real difference in their daily lives.

A driver's licence, First Aid and CPR certification, WWVPC, completion of the 4 NDIS worker modules, and a Police Check are required. You should be a caring and compassionate team player who is committed to delivering exceptional care and support.
