Bullying and harassment are the leading causes of workplace mental health claims in Australia, according to data from personal injury law firm LHD Lawyers.

Analysis of 1219 mental health compensation claims handled by the firm over the past year found that bullying and harassment accounted for 34.95 per cent of all cases, the highest share among the causes recorded.
