The Kitchen Garden is the Creator. The Chefs are the Messengers.

Every great dish begins long before it reaches the kitchen.

It begins in the soil.
With a seed.
With sunshine, rain, patience, and time.

The kitchen garden creates, quietly, naturally, generously. It gives us colour, fragrance, texture, flavour, and nourishment. Every leaf, herb, flower, fruit, and vegetable carries the story of where it came from.

And then comes the chef.

The chef is not the creator of that story, but its messenger.

Throughout the week, Jed will be working alongside the team, exploring new ideas and developing seasonal dishes for our upcoming summer menu, using the finest local produce and his signature creative approach.

While there won’t be a special menu during this time, guests may catch a glimpse of the inspiration and creativity shaping the next chapter of the Wills Domain dining experience.

Join us at Wills Domain and enjoy our current menu, thoughtfully matched with w**es grown just beyond the restaurant.
