Our 2020 Sparkling Chenin Blanc is fresh, creamy and beautifully fine, with Granny Smith apple, fresh lime and bright acidity carried through a delicate bead. After 60 months resting on lees, it has developed a beautiful texture while still holding onto that signature Chenin freshness.
