Not everything that is recyclable is Eligible! To make
It more fun, not everything with the 10c refund mark is actually eligible in QLD! Confusing right? We know!

Our staff are here to help explain what is and isn’t eligible here in QLD.

Download the Containers for Change App to check eligibility at home.

Please be kind, our staff are trained to identify and inform customers when we spot an ineligible item. Together we can maximise your returns!

👑 OLD MATE CHARLIE MIGHT HAVE THE DAY OFF… BUT WE DON’T. 😂♻️

The King can put his feet up — we’re keeping the gates to the kingdom OPEN all long weekend!

♻️ SATURDAY | 9am–2pm
♻️ SUNDAY | 9am–2pm
👑 PUBLIC HOLIDAY MONDAY | 9am–2pm

So chuck the cans in the ute, load up the royal carriage and come turn your empties into 10¢ treasure! 💰

And if His Majesty happens to be doing a roadside clean-up around Ipswich…

we’ll count his cans too. 👑😂

👏 SHOUT OUT TO City Country Foodservice👏

We love giving credit where it’s due — and City Country definitely deserves some! ♻️🙌

We recently had a chat with their driver about the amount of general rubbish making its way into their bag drops, and the improvement since then has been MASSIVE.

Their latest returns have been noticeably cleaner, with far less rubbish mixed through — making the whole process quicker, cleaner and easier for our team to sort.

A huge thank you to the City Country crew for taking the feedback onboard and making such a great improvement. 💚

We notice the effort, and we genuinely appreciate it!

🏆 Most Improved Bag Drop goes to City Country! 🏆

Keep up the awesome work! ♻️

Now here’s a toy our customers could use! 😂

Our staff are always happy to help where we safely can, but please keep the weight of your bags in mind when loading them up.

If it took a couple of blokes, or the forklift out on the farm to get the bag onto your ute or trailer, chances are it’s going to take the same to get it back off again!

Please don’t overload bags to the point where they’re too heavy to safely lift or move. Keeping loads manageable helps protect both you and our team from injury.

We’ll lend a hand where we can, but if it’s beyond a safe manual lift, we may not be able to unload it for you. 😊

The Warmer Months are just around the corner and we have had our first Slithery Snake for the season!

Just a reminder to be mindful of where you store your containers between visits! Smaller more frequent loads can help avoid bringing along the hitch hikers!

Also Please Please Please go easy on the tape. We love getting boxes but the excessive layers of taping the boxes up, actually slows down the process for our staff.

If boxes are taped up excessively you may be asked to undo the tape before leaving it with us.

Brrrrr we are feeling a little exposed over here At Yamanto!
Our Signage is down, BUT we are open, we aren’t going anywhere but we are getting a facelift!

Over the next week or so you will notice the outside go from drab to fab!

Please follow staff instructions. In the interest of safety we continue to ask that you pull up to the entry and wait for staff to direct you into the shed.

👀 We’ve noticed you’ve noticed…

Some of our regular Redbank customers have been giving us that look lately…

You know the one.

🤨 “Hang on… that wasn’t there last week.”

You’re right.

We’re not quite ready to spill the beans, but something exciting is happening behind the scenes at Redbank!
