Appleseeds and Ivy We make delicious & fresh waffles, ice cream and smoothies; all natural, dairy free/gluten free!

We set out to create an ice cream that was dairy-free, but still as smooth and creamy as dairy ice cream. Made with coconut, our deliciously creamy ice cream flavours are all dairy-free, gluten-free and suitable for vegans. Appleseeds and Ivy ice cream is proudly made in Western Australia!

Did you know...

Our waffle recipe was created by Sarah - our Nutritionist and Naturopath - to tick all of these boxes:

NO gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, added sugar, egg, vegetable oils, preservatives, colours or artificial flavours.

Our waffles are:
💚High in fibre and love!
😊Contain rice flour we personally grind.
👩‍🦱Made in our food truck by our employed chef.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦Tried and tested thousands of times by valued customers!!
🤤Light and crispy, with a soft centre.

And we add on YOUR CHOICE of toppings, along with 100% Canadian maple syrup and our ICE CREAM made by Tim! - Our Italian ice cream man (who's ancestors, we later found out, also owned a gelato food van in Italy generations back! How cute is that!)

Our ice cream is also:

NO gluten, dairy, soy, nuts, egg, vegetable oils, preservatives, colours, or artificial flavours.
It is also low sugar, coconut based, and made fresh every week!

Dairy free, gluten free, low sugar or no sugar, all natural, free from egg/soy/nuts and all artificial additives.
Dairy options can be made upon request.
500mL and 5L tubs available.
Wholesale available for businesses.
Ice cream cakes for parties available.
Custom options available.

WAFFLES - GF, DF, no added sugar, low FODMAP, high fibre, free from nuts/egg/soy, nothing artificial. Made by us using our own Nutritionist designed recipe!

We will be celebrating our 4th year in business this year!

Although we had announced that we were only weeks off selling, settling, and moving waaay down south, life events changed our path, and we will now be staying local to Perth!!! What a rollercoaster 2024 was!

We love this community, and thank you for the wonderful success and incredible years we have been able to serve you our yummy, healthy food so far, and hope that we get to see lots more of you in 2025!!!
