FAQ: Can I pull out of a contract after signing?

This is one of the most common questions we get asked, and the honest answer is it depends on your contract. Finance clauses and other special conditions all affect whether, and how, you can withdraw.

Attempting to pull out without following the correct process can put your deposit, and potentially more, at risk. In WA, there is no cooling-off period, unless your contract clearly includes this as a condition.
