Y.hub Coworking member and Y.hub Marketing client, Lesley French (owner of Better Balance for Life) is hosting a new workshop in Padbury: “Live Stronger for Longer”. Perfect for anyone wanting to age well, stay active and feel stronger in everyday life.

The session dives into the science of muscle, healthy ageing and living independently. You’ll learn simple, practical nutrition strategies to build strength, protect your brain, reduce inflammation and stay confident and independent for longer - all backed by clear science and easy-to-use daily tips.

We have a new member at Y.hub Coworking - welcome De!

ABOUT DE
Deanna "De" Ezyy is the founder and lead broker behind More Than Mortgages - a six-time top female broker in the ACT, an eight-time Top 100 national broker, and 2023 ACT Mortgage Broker of the Year. She’s helped arrange over a billion dollars in home loans and is known for cutting through the jargon to help people get the keys to their dream home without the stress (or selling a kidney).

When she’s not making mortgage magic, De is living life in full colour: golfing, fishing, dabbling in surfing, salsa dancing, and tackling big adventures like climbing Gokyo Ri in the Himalayas. She’s also passionate about giving back, supporting education for young girls in Nepal through Little Sisters.

We’re thrilled to have De working out of Y.hub and can’t wait to see what she does next from our Y.hub space.
