She came to us holding a 2-year Subclass 482 visa, with a big question about what would happen next.

With her 482 visa approaching its expiry, she consulted us around 6 months before the expiry date. At that time, she was considering applying for another 482 visa because she believed the 186 TRT) pathway was not available to her.

Priority is given to applications connected with key sectors including ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง, ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐œ๐š๐ซ๐ž, ๐“๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐€๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž, ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐œ๐ž๐ฌ, ๐€๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐œ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐…๐ข๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ , followed by Specialist Skills stream applications and certain onshore applications.
