We recommended to our customer a pool heater for installation to keep their pool warm over the cool periods. The heater was installed, and during the last regular pool cleaning and servicing we found that even though it was a cold day ... not even 18 degrees outside ... the pool was I beautiful 27 degrees in the water ...great for swimming . The pool was vacuumed, water testing done , pool cover replaced... good to go . Another happy customer.... great job the pool man ... call stevo if you need help with your pool ... ph 0427233892. 👍😎

We received a call from a home owner who had let their pool go during winter and wanted to get it back on track before summer.The pool was green and growing algae on floor and walls . After vacuuming , manually scrubbing , cleaning out the filters etc ...and the addition of chemicals ... the pool water chemistry started to return to normal ...This pool will be good to go in a couple of days ... another happy customer.... great job done by the pool man .... call stevo and the team should your pool need our help... ph 0427233882 👍😎

Received a call from a sales real estate agent who had been issued with a non compliant notice Re the pool fence safety, and she was worried that the sale would fall over ... I inspected the job and gave the owner a quote to conduct the repairs... After installing some new fencing of a non climbable type , cutting back climbable trees , install new resus sign , adjusting the pool gate, the rectification works now completed . She had the pool fence reinspected by the building inspector, who issued the certificate, sale able to proceed .... lots of happy customers

Received a call from a customer saying that her pool pump has failed. She purchased a new similar pump.... but the fittings didn’t match up . So while I replumbed the pump, my offsider Owen manually vacuumed the pool using our external pump & filter set up ...another happy customer 😁

We recently received a call to check out a pool in yeppoon that was losing a lot of water , and that there was a lot of sand on the pool floor. Turned on the pump and checked the sand filter. I could see water and sand clearly running out of the waste pipe .The smart valve unit was disassembled and I could see that the rubber plug unit was damaged and needing to be repaired.The valve was replaced.The pool was cleaned and vacuumed .... another happy customer

Received a call from a pool owner in Rockhampton complaining that his pool is loosing a lot of water . After conducting a leak detection test, it was found to have a leak at the skimmer box . After digging out the area around the skimmer box we found a tree root had grown around a 50 mm pipe with a 90 degree bend . The pipe work was repaired... the pool is good to go ... another extremely happy customer

Here’s a green pool growing algae on pool floor and walls . Using the independent pump and filter vacuuming system the green algae and sludge was able to be vacuumed directly to waste, thus leaving the pool to have a water top up , chemicals added, and the pool is now lovely and clean and safe to swim in .... another happy customer in Yeppoon
