Stomp your feet like a dinosaur! 🦕🦖🦕

recently opened the new permanent gallery Dinosaurs Unearthed: Explore Prehistoric Queensland. The exhibition features Queensland’s own dinosaurs, giant marine reptiles, and supersized megafauna. Come face to face with Queensland’s own ‘velociraptor’ Australovenator and measure up against mighty Megalania, the world’s largest lizard. This will be a winner with dinosaur enthusiasts of all ages.

New book alert!

my sister and my new book is now listed for pre order on online shop….

we have created a super special wrapping paper with the help of the books fabulous designer Ashlea O’Neill and had it printed here in brisbane by

Ashlea has drawn images of a piece of work of each of the artists featured to make this wrap and we are accenting it with a fiery orange ribbon to complement the gorgeous cover…

we couldn’t be prouder of this book that highlights the tools, techniques, and practices of over 45 australian potters… it will be released in australia on april 26 with UK and USA to follow.

tiff and i will sign and gift wrap all books sold through paper boat press… the pre order is for both postage and pick up later this month….

Throwback to that time we worked with .design to produce this timeline for The Condensery.
.

A building with such a rich history deserves its own exhibition. ​​​​​​​​​
This permanent display for conveys the timeline as a Condensed Milk Factory packing shed through to its award winning adaptive re-use to a contemporary art gallery.

It’s worth a visit to appreciate this beautiful space and location, and catch a cool exhibition while you are there.

Just a little piece we made for our lovely friends
we are back baby!

this big corporate order has straddled the last studio week of 2022 and my fabulous team completed the painting, glazing and firing of it last week, and now i’m finishing it off today to meet tomorrows deadline.

this sizeable (and custom designed) order prompted us to create a little double sided card too…

this card will come with our online products now… thanks for your help while i was travelling !!

the online shop is all back to normal as is our wholesale, and i’ve reopened the personalised ornaments as well…

so we are off and running for 2023…. i’m already tired hahha
