Office Administrator Required for Watex Pty Ltd Transport Company - IS THIS YOU?
We are seeking 2 x reliable and highly organised Office Administrators to join our busy transport team. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring the smooth running of the office and transport administration functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing daily office operations and administration tasks
* Answering phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries
* Processing invoices, purchase orders, and accounts administration
* Bank reconciliations and data entry
* Coordinating with drivers, customers, and management staff
* Maintaining transport documentation and records
* Assisting with scheduling, bookings, and job allocation
* Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate office records
* Supporting payroll and timesheet processing where required
* General reception and office duties
Skills & Experience
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Experience in the transport or logistics industry highly regarded
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Competent in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and MYOB
* High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
