My Grandson (Junior DA Buster) stepped in this morning to smash some work out for Pop.

DA Busters is open for business again.

My health journey involved severe pneumonia masking a mass on my left lung. 28 days in 5 different hospitals, numerous procedures, tests and scans before finally a big op at Macquarie Uni Hospital in Sydney to clean it all up and confirm the big C was not in play. Pneumonia, infection, giant abscess and various adhesions have all now been remedied by Professors, Doctors and Health Professionals that are among some of the most amazing people I have met !!

Still a journey to get to top speed again (or a speed I think is the right life/work balance) but yes I am back and cranking baby !!

Thanks to everyone for their care and concern over the last 4 - 5 weeks. Means a lot !! Thanks also to my Family and especially the Director of War & Finance. She was my rock.
