In difficult times increasing debt is not always easy or ideal, however it can be one part of a survival or growth strategy.
If your forward planning shows it will help, and can be paid back, then you should look into this Australian government scheme..

The Coronavirus Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Guarantee Scheme is supporting up to $40 billion of lending to SMEs (including sole traders and not-for-profits).

Under the scheme, the Australian Government is guaranteeing 50% of new loans issued by eligible lenders to SMEs. As the economy opens up, this initial phase remains available for new loans made by participating lenders until 30 September 2020.

From 1 October, loans from eligible lenders can be used for a broader range of purposes, the cap will be increased to $1 million and terms extended to a maximum of five years among other changes. Small business owners should do their research before taking out a loan.
