At Construction Supply & Service (CSS) our goal is to be the trusted supplier of choice providing quality commercial goods and services to our customers at the most competitive prices. As such we are constantly checking our competitors pricing and where necessary adjusting ours. However, sometimes there are cases where we haven’t yet identified the need to adjust. That’s why we’re introducing a new price matching policy called ‘Always Competitive’ to affirm our commitment.

If you find any lower published price for a like-for-like commercial product offered on the same terms as ours in Australia, we’ll match it. Like-for-like is defined as the same brand, make, model and specification. The product must be offered with the same conditions, delivery service and warranty as CSS and the competitor must have stock available at the time of ordering. We cannot match prices when there are hidden extras such as delivery charges and taxes. In order to qualify, the price must be published in writing (such as a quote).

HOW TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PRICE MATCHING POLICY
You can submit a price match request via email by recording the competitor’s price (this could be a clipping, screenshot or quote) and sending it to [email protected]. Once approved, we’ll match it.

CSS is excited to announce that in conjunction with Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Ltd we developed, built, delivered, and opened the world’s first pizza container store.

Located in picturesque Tawa, New Zealand this container has the versatility of being simply picked up and moved to any location. One key feature to successfully delivering a fully functional Domino’s pizza store in a shipping container is a highly optimised internal layout. This was inspired by one of Domino’s main mottos “Time is the enemy of food”.

Cameron Toomey, Domino’s NZ General Manager stated in a recent interview: “A key component to achieving this 10-minute delivery target is to reduce the distance from the store to your door. This means opening more stores, closer to our customers, for improved customer satisfaction.”

Unlike a standard store, the container store has its customer area outside. Customers place an order at one window and pick-up at the next, so in essence it acts like a drive thru (but with people, rather than vehicles).

We were able to deliver one of the world’s most unique Domino’s Pizza stores during the challenges of lockdowns and freight delays. With the container store concept set to be rolled out across Domino’s 10 global markets, you can expect CSS to continue to be at the forefront of Quick Service Restaurant innovation.
