The grounds are kept lush and lovely by a landscaping firm and pest control sees to it that no unwanted insects or pests can creep up unexpectedly and cause havoc. Regular airconditioning maintenance is key to keeping Sun Plaza’s businesses cool and an `after hours’ security firm is keeping an eye on the safety and security of Sun Plaza from 7 pm until 6 am, seven days a week. Property manager of Sun Plaza is Sonia Kelly, who regards Sun Plaza as her `home away from home’. In 1994 she came to work at the center as an administrative assistant and she knows the premises like the back of her hand. Kelly is always available for any requests, information or assistance; her office is on the fourth floor. Maintenance manager is Albert Odor, who has engineering at WEB as his background. With his extensive knowledge of machinery and grasp of the ins and outs of intricate mechanical machinery he is the perfect man for the job.
