At the end of September 2025, T-Project Strategic Management Consulting conducted an Advanced Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) Training at Dock Maarten Marina in Sint Maarten.

This advanced session was designed to take the facility beyond compliance, focusing on enhancing the security culture within the marina environment. 🌊 ISPS Code Compliance – Dock Maarten Marina, Sint Maarten ⚓️

In August 2025, T-Project Strategic Management Consulting successfully conducted the Port Facility Security Assessment (PFSA) and developed the Port Facility Security Plan (PFSP) for Dock Maarten Marina in full compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security (ISPS) Code.

As a Recognized Security Support Organization (RSSO), T-Project Consulting continues to provide professional security consulting and technical assistance to regional maritime facilities, supporting their compliance with international maritime security standards.

This initiative strengthens Sint Maarten’s maritime security framework and enhances the protection of visiting vessels, port users, and critical infrastructure.

🌟 Mission to Mission Workshop – Successfully Completed! 🌟

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all participants who joined us for our two-part "Mission to Mission" Workshop on April 5th and April 19th. It was an inspiring journey filled with meaningful interactions and valuable insights.

This workshop marked an exciting milestone as it was the very first event held at T-Project @ The Hub, our brand-new meeting, training, incubator, and co-working space. Stay tuned for more engaging events and opportunities to come!

Participants expressed deep appreciation, noting that the workshop was timely and delivered in a clear, simple, yet highly practical manner. Through hands-on activities, they gained new insights and essential guidance to either begin crafting or realign their mission statements to reflect the day-to-day work of their NGOs.
