You're not alone. This is one of the most common daily frustrations for Excel users — wasted time, broken focus, and sometimes the wrong rows end up on paper.
But there's a clean fix: dynamic print area determination.
✅ Set it up once

Using OFFSET, COUNTA, and Excel's Table format, you can fully automate this — and never touch the print area manually again.
