ВАКАНСИЯ: Торговый представитель медицинское оборудование и расходные материалы (офтальмология)

ФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

Торговый представитель будет ответственный за продвижение и продажу офтальмологической продукции медицинским работникам, включая офтальмологов, оптометристов, диагностов и хирургов.

Основные Обязанности

1) Продажи и развитие бизнеса:
- Продвигать офтальмологическую продукцию специалистам и медицинским учреждениям в пределах назначенной территории.
- Разрабатывать и реализовывать эффективные стратегии продаж для достижения и/или превышения плановых показателей.
- Определять и искать новые возможности для бизнеса с целью увеличения доли на рынке.

2) Управление отношениями с клиентами:
- Выстраивать и поддерживать прочные отношения с ключевыми лицами, принимающими решения, включая офтальмологов, диагностов, менеджеров клиник и отделы закупок.
- Проводить презентации для обучения клиентов о преимуществах и возможностях продукции.
- Обеспечивать обслуживание клиентов, оперативно отвечать на запросы и решать возникающие проблемы.
- Обеспечивать обучение и поддержку клиентов по правильному использованию и обслуживанию продукции.

3) Анализ рынка и отчетность:
- Следить за рыночными тенденциями, действиями конкурентов и отзывами клиентов, чтобы выявлять возможности и проблемы.
- Подготавливать регулярные отчеты о продажах, состоянии рынка и отзывах клиентов.
- Сотрудничать с маркетинговой командой для разработки промоционных материалов.

4) Административные обязанности:
- Вести точный учет продаж, взаимодействий с клиентами.
- Координировать прогнозы продаж с дистрибьюторами для обеспечения своевременной доставки продукции и установки оборудования.
- Управлять расходами и соблюдать корпоративные политики и процедуры.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К КАНЛИДАТУ

Образование:

- Высшее медицинское/фармацевтическое образование будет являться преимуществом.

Опыт:

- Минимум 2-3 года опыта работы в сфере продаж изделий медицинского назначения или фармацевтики, предпочтительно в офтальмологии.
- Опыт организации и проведения мероприятий (круглые столы, конференции, конгрессы);
- Опыт работы c хирургическим/диагностическим оборудованием будет являться преимуществом;
- Доказанная способность достигать или превышать плановые показатели продаж.

Навыки:

- Отличные коммуникативные навыки, навыки проведения презентаций и ведения переговоров.
- Сильные организационные навыки и навыки управления временем.
- Способность работать самостоятельно и в команде.
- Высокий уровень ответственности и обучаемости.
Владение Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) и программным обеспечением CRM.
- Знание английского языка не ниже Intermediate.
Знание русского языка будет преимуществом.
- Знание и понимание принципов этичного ведения бизнеса.

Другие требования:

- Наличие действующего водительского удостоверения и готовность к поездкам по назначенной территории.
Способность работать в гибком графике.

Job Purpose

● Actively manage and drive sales at Accounts, grouped public & private clients
● Build key account management strategies and partnership models for group purchasing stakeholders
● Responsible for the achievement of the agreed-upon sales targets by developing and implementing the new tools and approaches that increase effectiveness and sales

Major Accountabilities

● Define and shape key/ corporate account management approach for the entire Alcon portfolio
● Develop and drive opportunities for value-based engagement and new partnership models
● Build a relationship with relevant stakeholders/decision makers on the procurement group level
● Provide practice development services to help target accounts prepare for successful adoption of Alcon's new technologies
● Ensure the value of Alcon products and services is well recognized with purchasing/ tendering groups.
● Product focus spans the entire Alcon portfolio

Sales and market share responsibility across Alcon's portfolio, i.e.

● Surgical equipment and consumables
● IOLs
● DEOH
● Contact Lenses
● Deployment of Value added services

Additional support for SX equipment and opportunistic sales approach for IOLs, consumables and disposables.

Key customer contact for

● End-to-end procedure support
● Ensure high pull-through of IOLs & cataract consumables, initiate toric usage
● Refine Phaco equipment & train HCPs after sales support

Cross-functional support to

● Identify equipment opportunities and create leads
● Report on competitor activities
● Initiate follow-up to product-related complaints

Consistently act following Alcon standards and medical device regulatory environment.

Key Performance Indicators

● Customers database
● Accounts plans
● Weekly visiting activity reports
● Promo events budget control

Job Requirement

Education :
University degree in Business, health economics, public health or related field. An advanced degree in a related subject is preferred advantageous

Languages:

● Fluent in English and local language

Experience:​

● Proven sales and marketing experienc , ideally key account or strategic account management, hospital management or group purchasing
● At least 2 years of solid medical device sales/marketing / business development experience


Competency/ Technical Skills

● Strong strategic and operational business acumen
● Proven ability to develop trust-based relationships with key customers and stakeholders such as payors, buyers, and policymakers
● Proven ability to develop new partnerships or business approaches and obtain business support
● Sound knowledge of strategic pricing
● Excellent communication skills, both technically (economic value considerations, value-based engagement) and interpersonally
● Solid negotiation skills
