SHE: Smart, Happy, Equal

Some announcements carry more than a title—they reflect years of perspective, resilience, and the ability to lead people toward what is next.

We’re pleased to celebrate on her appointment as President of Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa at

Ms Bedir has long been a valued supporter of the SHE community, joining us on the SHE stage several times to share her experience and perspective. Her voice has consistently reflected a leadership approach that makes bold decisions, welcomes different voices into the room, and turns possibility into action.

Her new role feels like a natural extension of that mindset.

We look forward to seeing how her leadership will shape conversations, opportunities, and progress across the region.

Congratulations, may this next chapter be as impactful as the example you continue to set.

She didn't wait for permission.
O, öz qapısını özü açdı.

She built the table.
She set the chair.
She chose who sat.

This is what Smart, Happy, Equal looks like: not waiting for the world to make room, but walking in like you already belong. Because you do.

Save this if you needed to hear it today.
Tag a woman who opens her own doors.

We celebrate more than a date.

We celebrate the quiet strength of women who keep going when the world doubts them.
The courage of women who build businesses, raise families, lead teams, and still carry hope for tomorrow.

Behind every achievement is a woman who refused to give up.
Behind every change is a woman who dared to believe she deserved more.

To the dreamers.
To the builders.
To the leaders.
To the women who lift other women.

Your voice matters.
Your work matters.
Your dreams matter.

Today and every day, we honor your power, resilience, and brilliance.

Happy International Women’s Day.

Keep building a world where every woman is Smart. Happy. Equal.
