🚀 We’re Hiring | Content Project Manager
We are hiring on behalf of one of our international clients.
📍 Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who can successfully drive multiple workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across content, product materials, and proposal projects.
What You’ll Do
✔ Manage multiple projects simultaneously from planning to delivery
✔ Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners
✔ Lead RFPs, tenders, and proposal preparation from start to submission
✔ Manage the creation of presentations, marketing materials, videos, newsletters, PDFs, and product documentation
✔ Oversee content production and maintain high quality standards
✔ Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure on-time delivery
✔ Lead and coordinate the Content Team
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
✅ Proven experience in Project Management
✅ Strong stakeholder and cross-functional coordination skills
✅ Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
✅ Excellent written and spoken English
✅ Outstanding writing and presentation skills
✅ Experience preparing RFPs, tenders, or business proposals is a strong advantage
✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) as part of the daily workflow
✅ Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
