We developed Lean Strategic Planning methodology with focus on delivering results on a weekly basis in 90 days recurring periods. Our goal was to develop simple but efficient, result oriented methodology and tools with little administrative burden while adding a lot of value for small and medium businesses who want to grow in controlled and managed way.
For IT as well for others project oriented companies we developed great, simple but highly efficient SCRUM Daily Meeting Dashboard tool which is capable to integrate all different tools and techniques used in SCRUM teams, Product Owner and Management teams or customer teams in one central information and management point.
We are also delivering Change Management projects such as introduction of SCRUM, Agile or other Project Management frameworks and methodologies into every day organizational processes and culture.
