A.H.M.N doo Sarajevo is a limited company based in Bosnia and Herzegovina , our company covers four major sectors in the area which can for sure within themselves promote tourism and investment . • Real Estate -which may include purchase of prop
erty and land .(please note that in the case of a non European union citizen that will involve the client of either registering the mentioned in our or any other company name with full guarantee at the embassy and advocate office , or establishing a company of their own to have complete ownership) .
• In the case that the client decides to register the property in our or any other company name the paper work will only be provided by the embassy and the advocate, but the ownership certificate of that property will not be released to them in person,but instead it will be released in the name of the company that the client has contracted with .
• In the case that the client decides to establish his/her own company ,for full security (which is the more secure option), then this is where we come in. An agent of A.H.M.N can immediately start the paper work of company formation, requesting the client for the appropriate documentation in order to finalize that process ...! Once the client establishes his/her company the following steps are taken:
• Applying for a work permit , once that is approved then .. a
• Residence permit will be applied for , for the duration of the work permits validity, which by law is one year (extendable).
• As well as purchase of real estate we can also provide the client with short term and long term rentals which may include villas,houses, apartments,and cottages .
• Then we can start to talk about our packages.
