When America logs off, BHX is still moving, loads in transit, drivers on the road, customers needing answers. The person at the after-hours desk is the last line of defense for a 24-hour operation. No senior coverage online. No one to escalate to.

Whatever shows up, they own it.

For March 2026, that person is Abdurrahman Zukić.

After-Hours Manager. BHX via Royal Blue Services. The composure to handle the load when it gets heavy, the discipline to handle it the same way every night, and the ownership to never push a problem down the line.
