Preuzimajući mandat predsjednika Švedske privredne komore Amir Ćoralić je kao jedan od primarnih pravaca djelovanja naveo jačanje veza i pružanje podrške kompanijama koje su članice Komore. Posebno u izazovnim vremenima poput ovog kada je globalna pandemija otežala transport roba i usluga od iznimnog je značaja biti im od pomoći.
Upravo iz tog razloga Švedska privredna komora organizirala je posjetu Ambasadorice Kraljevine Švedske u BiH, Johanne Strömquist sa saradnicima kompaniji MS&WOOD.

Ambasadoricu Strömquist su kroz inspirativnu posjetu proizvodnom pogonu MS&WOOD, sa svojim proizvodima namještaja upoznali Damir Muhić i Mirza Hurem, vlasnici kompanije.

MS&WOOD su još od 2010. godine oslanjajući se na fojničku tradiciju obrade drveta prerasli u impresivnog proizvođača prekrasnog namještaja koristeći drvo iz šuma koje okružuju grad. Dizajnom nadahnutim prirodom i proizvodima izrađenim od lokalno proizvedenih održivih materijala brinu i o tome da imaju što manji uticaj na okoliš.
Ambasadorica Strömquist prilikom posjete je izjavila "Sretni smo da postoji nekoliko poveznih tačaka sa Švedskom u ovoj uspješnoj kompaniji. Osim što je prvak u održivosti, MS&WOOD je kooperant IKEA-e i razvio je kolekcije vrhunske kvalitete sa renomiranim dizajnerima poput švedske dizajnerice enterijera godine, Emme Olbers i njihov namještaj prodaje se u visoko renominarim prodavnicama za dizajnersko uređenje enterijera u Švedskoj."

On August 6th 2020 Swedish Chamber of Commerce in B&H held it's Annual Assembly Meeting. 23 member companies were present, either at the venue at Foreign Trade Chamber of B&H or online.

The agenda of the meeting included election of the governance positions, as the mandate for the current governing organs have come to their end after two years of work.

We hereby want to thank the president of the Chamber for 2018 - 2020 Vernisa Rejhan-Ićindić with the steering boar members Zlatko Papac, Bojan Vukovic, Emina Hajric and Amir Coralic. During this mandate they worked on the goal to create a strong network of members and make the Chamber known in B&H as well as in Sweden. Many thanks to our strategic partner Embassy of Sweden in Sarajevo for the continuous cooperation and support. We thank also Aida Salkic, Prevent, for her contribution as strategic advisor within the field of PR and marketing and all the members and partners who contributed with their time and resources in developing the Chamber.

Congratulations to the successors for the next mandate: Amir Coralic, Consortio - president of the Steering Board and the Chamber with board members: Milenko Majstorovic, , Mulac, Bisnode BosnaiHercegovina, Senad Santic, ZenDev and Damir Muhić, MS & WOOD. The agenda also included adoption of the Ethical Business Conduct Pledge for the Chamber as well as adoption of implementing an Advisory Board as well as a Trainee position.

Zbog ozbiljnih posljedica koje korona kriza ima na kako globalnu, tako i bh. privredu, Švedska privredna komora je zauzela i uputila nadležnim organima oficijelni stav o hitnoj potrebi poduzimanja mjera za pomoć privredi u prevazilaženju ove krize.
U upućenom prijedlogu definisali smo tri ključne mjere koje je većina naših članica prepoznala kao prioritetne za opstanak poslovnih aktivnosti.

Stoga, poučeni dobrim praksama iz zemalja Evrope, ali i odgovora Vlade Kraljevine Švedske na potencijalnu ekonomsku destabilizaciju, te vođeni potrebama naših članica, u cilju da se firmama omogući stepen likvidnosti koji će osigurati isplatu plata uposlenicima kao i obaveza prema dobavljačima i spriječavanje većih posljedica, predlažemo sljedeće prioritetne mjere da se uzmu u obzir na redovnoj sjednici Vijeća ministara BiH ovaj petak:

1. Oslobađanje obračuna i uplate doprinosa na lične dohotke i poreza na dohodak za radnike u periodu krize

2. Oslobađanje plaćanja poreza na dobit za 2019. godinu, te oslobađanje plaćanja akontacije poreza na dobit za 2020. kako bismo pokrili gubitak radi pada aktivnosti

3. Oslobađanje svih komunalnih taksi i parafiskalnih nameta

Zahvaljujemo se članicama na zajedničkom radu na definisanju ovih prioriteta.

Due to the serious implications that the corona crisis has on the businesses and the economy globally, as well as in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Swedish Chamber of Commerce in B&H has taken an official stand on the urgent need that the bh government supports the local businesses to endure the crisis.

Together with our members we have defined and proposed a set of prioritised measurements to the government of Bosnia and Herzegovina that are to be considered along with other proposals on the ordinary session of Council of Ministers of B&H, this Friday.
