Just realized I’ve posted exactly 11 (this makes 12) times on my page this year since last Christmas excluding the times I’ve posted in my story.

The reason is simple: I don’t feel compelled to share my life publicly because I quite enjoy living it privately and being present in the moment. I don’t care about likes, I’m not compelled to show off for others nor do I care about impressing people online. I live my life to the fullest with those I love and that’s good enough for me.

The older I get the more I value the little moments and the less I care about the social media craze which I used to buy into heavily when I was younger.

Your competition is yourself. Life is about aiming to be better tomorrow than you were today. Life is about building a legacy that will last long after you’re gone.

But most importantly life is about leaving this world a little better than the way you found it.

HUGEEEEEE to my little sis !!!!

Damn where do I begin? For ten years I prayed for a little sister (I clearly had no idea what I was praying for lol). I remember when you were in the womb I'd come home from school, lay on mom's lap and sing to you. I'd put the Walkman headphones on her stomach and play you tapes of my favorite songs. You'd kick up a storm every time I laid and talked to you. When you were born and I saw you for the first time it was the first time in my life I understood the meaning of unconditional love. I knew right there and then when I held you that I'd die before I let any harm come to you. I knew that no matter where I was or what I was doing that if you needed me I'd be there for you no matter what. I can't believe that that adorable baby girl is now an 18 year old. DAMN I FEEL OLD! 😂 Have a great day Diva I love you! 🎂 🎉 🥂 🍾 🎈 ❤️ 😘
