Veggie Quinoa Bowl 🍃 This is super easy to prep & very convenient to enjoy all week!

INGREDIENTS
🍂- tri-color quinoa - boil on stove top (2x water per 1x quinoa)
🌱baby mushrooms - add into a large pan with a drizzle of olive oil, pink salt, pepper and garlic
🧅1/2 a sweet white onion, diced and add into pan with mushrooms (cooke for 5-6 min on medium)
🌽1/2 cup of cut corn (I like frozen so in defrost and add in)
➿1 can organic black beans after adding these I seasoned the pan with paprika and cumin for a mild spice
🍅 1 tomatoes, diced and add into veggie pot
🌿 1 bag of baby spinach add into pan and mixed till wilted
🍳once quinoa is done, reduce heat to low and add into pan

INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to eating I heat up the bowl, sprinkle on some
🌾pumpkin seeds and h**p seeds
🍋 a dollop of lemon dill
& enjoy!
