BEC Gives Back!

We believe there is no better way to honour our legacy than by investing in the future of Barbados, our children.

On August 14th, the Barbados Employers’ Confederation (BEC), through its partnership with the Kiwanis Club of Barbados Benevolence (KCBB), presented 15 back-to-school packages to the St. Luke-Brighton Primary School and three other students who will be entering secondary school in the upcoming academic year.

The presentation formed part of our year-long activities marking BEC’s 70th anniversary.

In attendance were:
BEC’s Manager, Administrative Services, Aleika Walker and BEC staff members; Senior Teacher of St. Luke-Brighton Primary School, Cathy-Ann King-Bynoe; KCBB's President, Diana Gaskin; members of the KCBB team; as well as two of the students and their guardians.

Through initiatives such as these, BEC continues to give back to the community and support the educational journey of Barbados’ young people.
