A vacancy exists within the W Group for an Operations Manager Connoisseur Improvement Services Inc.
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of CIS to ensure effective planning and overall efficiency; working directly with the Managing Director he/she will implement/modify the necessary business guidelines
(policies) and strategies to ensure such.
Do you have:
Proven experience managing the operations of a small-medium size organization
Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Strong negotiation, organization, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Working knowledge of contracts and the tendering process
Demonstrated ability to effectively present information and respond to questions under pressure and other difficult
situations.
HRM skills to motivate others and effectively delegate tasks
Knowledge of accounting principles to be able to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines within the construction industry to ensure compliance
Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics using programs such like Microsoft Office and various business software?
