Sometimes, your task manager betrays you. The very thing that's meant to help you unfreeze your PC turns on you.

This can happen for a few reasons like there's a program running that is using lots of resources (RAM).

If you find this happening often, it's a good idea to have a professional check it out and advise as you may need to upgrade your RAM or the computer might need a cleanup and not just the dust blown off.

Many of us are now working remotely, some from home, others from another country. Here are a few things to help you be secure online and protect your data:

1) Avoid public Wi-Fi; if necessary, use personal hotspots or some way to encrypt your web connection.

2) Keep Work Data on Work Computers; it can be tempting to use your personal computer if your work computer is in a different room or you forgot your charger at the office. This is a risk for you and for the company!

3) Make sure your antivirus & malware protection is up to date; it's good to use some form of endpoint protection, this usually addresses both issue well.

4) Back up everything & back up often; if your company has given you access to cloud storage; USE IT

5) If you might be working at night, use your laptop's blue light fliter, It will reduce digital eye strain, so your eyes won't feel so tired by the end of the day.
