MAN KNOW THYSELF !

Human beings are Mind, Body & Spirit โ€“ in essence we are โ€œspiritualโ€ beings. Made in the likeness of the Creator. It is a necessity to nurture our spirit as we are all held accountable for our โ€œwords and actionsโ€ by universal law which levels the playing field for everyone.

Africans determined 5 principles which, if applied to daily life, would reap positive spiritual and physical results.

(1) Truth (2) Order (3) Justice (4) Faith and (5) Patience.

When followed as actions, decisions and interactions it would put us in touch with the highest universal forces. Acting in contradiction to these principles, our lives would become chaotic and disorderly. In a confused and painful state we blame others, seeking solutions outside ourselves. However, the KEY is to begin โ€œwithinโ€. When we start to analyse ourselves, we adopt a healthy mental attitude. ๐Ÿค”

Change your environment, from outside to inside or vice versa

Have some quiet time, (Me Time) ๐Ÿฅฐ

Consider how anger affects others

Look at the positives in every situation

Be gentle, replacing "NO!" with explanations that respect others

Model respect and tolerance, children learn what they see. Discuss, relate and value others
