We were founded with one mission in mind “To provide the highest level of reliable, trustworthy talent in the industry for our clients and to be the preferred agent of choice for talented musicians across the Caribbean for employment onboard cruise ships. As a musician, you've worked

hard to learn and develop your skills as a performer and we want to help you make the most of your talent. Our team of highly skilled professionals has extensive first hand experience in entertainment and cruise ship life and share over a decade of performance and administrative experience at sea with multiple cruise lines. The cruise ships we recruit for expect high quality entertainment; therefore in our selection process we are looking for highly skilled, versatile and confident musicians. Weather you are new to the industry or an experienced musician we are committed to assisting you every step of the way to prepare you for an exciting career at sea. As a cruise company, we fully understand your needs, we have years of experience having worked in the entertainment and guest’s service departments on board cruise ships. We will provide you with the crème of the crème bands, duos and trios of the Caribbean.
