FYI: Health session this Saturday July 19th at the Arts Splash Centre in Hastings Rocks starts from 5:30PM and $10.00. What you have done is get your body fat, muscle mas, bone mass, metabolic age number from a special scale that you stand on, and have a consultation, so you c an see where you are at, health-wise, based on the numbers.

Hello all, I know that haven't been active on the page recently and I do apologize for that, but that is due to building my business. I will be posting more regularly, God willing.

There will a Body Composition reading as well as an Artistry session on September 21st at the Arts Splash Center in Hastings rocks. The Body reading is $10.00 and this is where you can see what is going on internally with your body fat, body water, muscle mass, bone mass etc.

The Artistry session is $25.00 where you get to see what your skin-type is, be it Normal to Dry or Combination to Oily. You also get the try the products on your skin and see some amazing results. Interested person give me a call at 821-8578 so that I can reserve a seat for you at the Artistry session and you have to pay in advance. I am looking forward to seeing all of you there!

Good night to one and all and I hoped that you had a productive day. I have been thinking that we need to have a song for our team seeing as we use the lion on occasion to represent ourselves on occasion along with the Spartan theme.
