1. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) for projects, programmes and organisations
TDC Inc. uses rigorous methodologies and applies proven MEL toolkits to help its clients determine how its project, programme or organisation is measuring up against expectations. The rich and varied development and evaluation experience of TDC’s principle coupled with her continuous training and professional development allows for the effective adaptation of tools and techniques to target the specific needs of the client without losing sight of the level of objectivity and rigour required for meaningful and knowledge enhancing evaluation results. TDC promotes the use of Development Evaluation tools, techniques and approaches which ultimately empower key stakeholders by furthering individual and or organisational learning and development:
2. Project and Programme Design, Development and Management
While evaluation activities are very often undertaken to meet organisational (internal or external) requirements, we believe Monitoring and Evaluation should be done ultimately to further stakeholder learning. The effective design and or redesign of projects and relevant and efficient programme development and management are important in furthering this learning. TDC works with clients and their stakeholders to design or redesign effective solutions that address the sustainable change they want to realise.
