January always invites reflection, and as I look ahead to 2026, one thing I’m holding onto is this: impact requires intention.
Working across regional initiatives, events, and communications programmes over the years has made one thing very clear — being busy is not the same as being impactful.
This year, my focus is on engaging earlier and more strategically, protecting quality and creativity, choosing work aligned with values (not just timelines), and building sustainability — for clients and for myself.
At BrainWave, this means being more intentional about the work we take on, how we design solutions, and the partnerships we choose.
2026 isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what matters — well.
