In addition to financial institutions licensed under the Financial Institutions Act, the CBB can designate any of the following as credit information providers:
▶️Utility companies
▶️The Corporate Affairs
▶️The Land Registry
▶️The Student Revolving Loan
▶️Any person carrying on the business of selling goods pursuant to a hire purchase agreement, conditional sale or credit sale agreement pursuant to the Hire Purchase Act, Cap 328.
▶️Or any other entity possessing credit information not explicitly referenced in the Act!
Remember!!! Having a good credit report is important to gaining access to credit and at competitive rates!!!
