Watching Creed II and this line hit me differently:
“If you want to change things in a big way, then you have to make some big changes.”
It got me thinking about my health journey.
The biggest change isn’t the workouts.
It isn’t the food.
It isn’t the early mornings.
The biggest change is my mindset.
Because the truth is, you can’t create a new life with the same thinking that created the old one.
Every lasting transformation starts in the mind first.
